Off-the-rack gowns are ready for you to take home the very same day! The dress you try on in the boutique is the dress you leave with. With our ever-changing inventory and amazing prices, when you find the one, you’ll want to scoop it up before it’s gone. Many brides even walk out with their gown on their first appointment! Please note that, due to the nature of our boutique, we do not place holds on gowns or accessories.

All of our appointment types are completely complimentary, no cost to you! We do ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.

As a bridal outlet, we offer a sustainable and special way to find your dream gown. Many of our dresses are brand new, coming directly from the designer or overstock of current or discontinued styles. Others are unused boutique samples, carefully selected for our collection. Every gown in our boutique is never altered, never previously owned, and never worn down the aisle, ready for you to make it your own!

We do not purchase or consign gowns, even if they’ve never been worn. Our focus is on offering brand new and unused boutique-sample gowns so every bride can have a fresh, one-of-a-kind experience finding her dress.

The most important things to bring are an open mind and guests whose opinions you trust and value most. For the best fit, we recommend trying gowns without a bra and wearing nude or light-coloured underwear. No need to bring shoes — our gowns are tried on barefoot or in socks to keep them in perfect condition. Each fitting room also has a 4-inch pedestal to stand on, mimicking the height of a heel so you can see exactly how the gown will look on your wedding day. Light makeup is fine, but please avoid fresh self-tanner or a recent spray tan, as it can affect the gowns.

We do not carry bridesmaid, mother-of-the-bride, or prom dresses, our boutique focuses exclusively on bridal gowns and accessories, so we can help you find your dream wedding dress.

Bridal sizing can run a bit smaller than regular clothing, and each designer fits slightly differently. Most brides find they go up one or two sizes from their everyday dress size. Don’t worry, your consultant will help determine your best size when you arrive for your appointment, so you can feel confident and comfortable in every gown you try on.

Our gowns are priced at everyday outlet sale prices! Most gowns range from $750 to $2,000, making it easier to find your dream dress at a great value.

There are a few exceptions:

• Occasionally, we carry Couture Gowns priced over $2,000.

• Our “Last Chance to Love” Clearance Gowns are $500 and under, with limited inventory available.

We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash, with payment due in full when you say yes to your dress.

For added flexibility, we also offer a 12-month, zero-interest financing option through Affirm, subject to approval via a soft credit check. This makes it easy to take home your dream gown without compromise.

We do not offer in-house alterations, but we send you home with a curated list of trusted bridal seamstresses in the area.

Arrival
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment — our space is cozy, and we don’t have room for large groups waiting in the boutique.

Appointment Length

• Classic Bridal Appointments: 1 hour (available Tuesday–Sunday; this appointment type is the only weekend option available)

• LUXE Bridal Appointments: 1 hour 15 minutes (available Tuesday–Friday only)

Guests

• Classic Bridal Appointments: Up to 4 guests + the bride

• LUXE Bridal Appointments (only available Tuesday - Friday): Up to 5 guests + the bride

Want to include more of your crew? We have Wi-Fi and device holders so additional friends or family can join virtually.

During Your Appointment
Your consultant will guide you to your fitting room and assist you throughout the appointment. You’ll start by selecting up to 5 gowns to try on, then your consultant will pull additional gowns for you throughout the appointment. Guests are asked to remain seated while your consultant selects gowns and helps you try them on. Your consultant will also assist with fastening and adjusting each gown.

Footwear
Please remove outdoor shoes at the door. You’re welcome to bring socks, slippers, or indoor shoes to stay comfortable.

Food & Drink
No food or drinks are permitted inside the boutique to keep the gowns in pristine condition.

Prepare Ahead
Browse our inventory on Pinterest before your appointment! Screenshot or save your favorites to share with your consultant. Each fitting room also has a QR code your guests can scan to explore our inventory virtually.

Positive Environment
We want every appointment to be joyful, supportive, and uplifting. Verbal abuse or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated — let’s keep this space fun and positive for everyone.

Appointment Policies
We reserve the right to end a bridal appointment at any time for any reason to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of everyone in the boutique.
